Think about it this way. If you wouldn’t knowingly fill your gas tank with gasoline that would destroy your engine. Then don’t feed your body food that’s only going to hurt you in the long run.

Eating foods high in antioxidants have been proven to help your body fight off free radicals. Free radicals are factors that can damage vital skin cells and may even be one of the causes of cellulite.

Start switching out sugary and salty snacks for delicious fruits, vegetables, and whole grains. The goals is to create a nutritionally dense diet. Here are 3 superfoods that help fight off cellulite.

8:00 – 9:00 Run Quickly
9:00 – 11:00 Sprint for 20 seconds and then rest for 20 seconds for 3 sets.
11:00 – 12:00 Run with your knees to your chest in one spot.
12:00 – 15:00 Run moderately
